As a small business, every order means the world to us.

We hope you love your pieces, but if something doesn't work out, we will happily accept return or exchange requests on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.

Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with original tags attached for acceptance.

We will gradly provide a prepaid return label, however the cost is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund total. In the event of an exchange, the cost associated with your return must be paid prior to shipping your exchange item.

Returns must be received within our 14-day window as outlined. Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only. No exceptions.

Should your return fail to meet our requirements for acceptance listed above, the item will be shipped back to you. Kindly note: all related shipping costs to return the item back to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.  

To ensure fair use of our policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the case of excessive return activity.

*Sale items, discounted merchandise, and international orders remain FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return or exchange.

 

To initiate your return, please visit your customer profile on the website and follow the steps to submit.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process above. In the Notes section, please be sure to include the size/style you wish to receive in exchange for the item being returned.
